about us

Polly Clifford: I am an art graduate, trained primary school teacher and mum to two lovely, lively boys. I have been making things since I was a nipper; cutting up old jumpers to dress my teddy bears. I love the satisfaction of making something yourself with your own twist and hope my boys don’t hold that against me when they’re older, looking back at the things I make for them to wear!
I live by the seaside in Hastings.

Lorna Watson: I'm an artist, gardener, crafter and mum to a four year old. I am a Fine Art graduate from Glasgow School of Art who has had a very enjoyable career as a writer, illustrator and comic artist. My work has been exhibited and written about in the UK, Europe, US and Japan. I have worked as a digital colourist for Thomas the Tank Engine and Toxic Magazine. I now work for Moshi Monsters Magazine and do workshops with local community arts group Radiator Arts.
I am also trained in horticulture and am a member of Learning Through Landscapes. I have a particular interest in edible, organic gardens, being creative in nature, upcycling and self-sufficiency. www.thegreenladyhastings.blogspot.com
